SIA will partner with your business to create a diverse and disciplined process. As your investment consultant and fiduciary, it is SIA’s legal duty to provide independent and objective consultation that places the interests of your participants ahead of our own. Since we do not receive any compensation from other companies, the advice we provide is unbiased and in the best interest of your company and retirement plan participants.
Our first priority is your success
As with any new client relationship, we begin by developing an Investment Policy Statement (IPS) and investment line up. When this initial process has been completed and implemented, we focus our efforts on the continued success of your retirement plan. Market and economic conditions change constantly, so we maintain ongoing communications with managers who are selected as part of the plan’s offerings. Through regular meetings with investment committees, we review the previous period’s performance and provide any recommendations for the near future. This way, we help ensure that the plan offers employees the best possible options for a path toward retirement success.
